For personal use over time you might want to take the test now and then take it again in a month or so to see how your are progressing.

Your Score

Deffenbacker (1999) set a score of 22 as a minimum when selecting people for anger-management research. A score higher than 22 plus your own sense that you have a problem with anger is a good indication for dealing with your anger.
