What I Do

I help people who have had difficult life experiences find what works for them… they feel better about who they are and what they do.

My services include counseling and psychotherapy for adults in both individual and couple formats. My expertise includes adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, and personal problems. Special interest areas include men’s issues such as anger management and life transitions. I believe people grow and develop throughout their life. We grow by experiencing life and adapting. Sometimes though, what was learned in the past doesn’t work “now”. In counseling, I create a safe place where clients can share their concerns and explore solutions to make life better.

What We Offer

As a member of a not-for-profit organization, I am glad that we make counseling more available by offering sliding scale fees. Our Community Care Program insures that anyone seeking help can afford our services, even if that means that counseling is free. Given that men are “a minority” in the counseling profession, I also offer a unique perspective that is valuable to many of my clients.
