What I Do
I help people solve problems.
My clients may have symptoms such as depression, anger, or anxiety. They may have a poor sense of self. Sometimes they just feel lost. The consistent element is that they have situations in their life they have not been able to resolve. Sometimes they are not entirely aware of just what is causing the problem.
People solve problems based on past experience, but sometimes the old solution stops working. I help people find solutions that will work for them now.

What We Offer
As a member of a not-for-profit organization, I am glad that we make counseling more available by offering sliding scale fees. Our Community Care Program insures that anyone seeking help can afford our services, even if that means that counseling is free. Given that men are “a minority” in the counseling profession, I also offer a unique perspective that is valuable to many of my clients.
